Ordered 2 weeping rose plants on March 6 2021 & received them on May 1... apparently DEAD. Planted them in effort to revive them and 2 months later gave up and contacted Burgess for refund. Was told to return product in original wrapping at my expense for replacement... not refundable. Original packaging had been long discarded, so I disputed charge with credit card company. Burgess acknowledged responsibility but in Oct. 2021 re-billed credit card and denied culpability. Don't deal with Burgess!
