I contacted them within days of signing up to cancel the VIP membership. The sales rep hounded me several times to not cancel even after continuously saying I'm not interested, they said "would a $10 free credit sway you not to cancel?" Seriously? Screw off. How many times do I have to say NO!
Secondly, the item I bought was not as ordered, so I needed to return and let me tell you, not only is it NOT hassle free as they claim(8000 questions and trying to make you exchange instead) Its also NOT free returns. You do not get a full refund, even though it was their mistake.
Do not use this site. It's not even quality items.
