I ordered a dress in March and didn't get it delivered until May. I tried multiple times to cancel the order because it was way past the event I needed it for. I sent several emails to their "customer service" but after 3 weeks, they finally emailed me back and said that they couldn't cancel the order and didn't know when it would be shipped. Needless to say, when I get the item finally, it's very cheaply made and of course way too small, so I tried to return it online the very next day but their return portal says I'm 2 weeks late to return it! My return window expired before I even got the item! I have sent 3 emails to them and of course, no one has gotten back to me. And they don't have a phone number so you are just out of luck if you need to contact someone. Buyer Beware!
