I placed an order, then realized I needed to change the length to petite. I tried to call and was put on hold, tried to chat on line and was put on hold. Finally, chat became available and I told rep Donna what I needed. She stated the order would need to be cancelled and reordered. Fine, please cancel it, and I gave her the order # and all the other info needed. Then, she comes back with I had missed the 30 minute deadline to cancel by 4 minutes! Seriously, I was on hold waiting for a rep! This seemes too convenient and they, obviously, have not intentions of cancelling any order. It takes them 3-4 days to even start the shipping process, but customers only have a 30 min window to cancel and no reps available. Terrible customer service and I will avoid any further interaction.
