I paid in installments for a British Airways flight scheduled 5th July 23. I paid a deposit in December 22, with the final payment to March 23. I was happy to find someone willing to take payments; and I was assured that they are ATOL protected and I had a good fare.
I querie the booking wit British Airway as I was not able to get them bu=y phone.
My worse fear. British Airways confirmed a false Booking reference. The e -ticket was invalid.
To make Thnings worse BA had not had any money and said the flight booking did not exist.
The Company are 'uncontactable and their Customercare do not answer e mails.
I am forced to find more money to book a legitimate flight (at a higher price.
Still fighting to get my money on the fraudulent booking back.
