I really liked the cables. I ordered 4. After 4 months, one broke; it frayed at the connection site. I saw they had a lifetime warranty. I sent a note via the website. Nothing. I then sent an email. Nothing. Called. They answered! But it was a recording saying to submit a note via the email or website. Tried again. Sent pictures. And again and again. Nothing. Don't know if they are even in business anymore. Lousy, lazy, deceitful company. I would have added a picture and my receipt but the option below doesn't WORK!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them unless you are ok with expensive products that break and companies that don't return emails, calls and notes.
Products used:
Cables. Said it was lifetime warranty but when I contacted them about a broken cable, they are silent. What a bunch of crooks.
