Let me just say that in comparison to years ago when this place first started out it has been on nothing but a path to destruction, namely in these past few years and I think a huge part of it has to do with a certain "moderator" that seems to have a "I rule all attitude" which it is a website at the end of the day, where people come to do surveys on their own free will and choice, and that attitude is beyond ridiculous and serves no purpose and will result in nothing other than people leaving and not wanting to be there, zero benefit can come rest assured.

Either get a huge attitude adjustment, or don't work there at all if they don't know how to treat people that don't deserve any sort of snippy remarks with any respect. How about being a decent human being and treating people as if they were your father, mother, grandpa, or grandmother, because seriously people with this kind of attitude and complex ruin everything for everyone all of the time, no one has time for that crap or cares for it.

I have also observed this said moderator treating certain people as their "buddies" with a clique like attitude, and then others horribly. Is this high-school or something? Where someone sitting behind a screen most likely a millennial, will brow beat people old enough to be their grandfather/grandmother or even mother. Has zero respect for anyone or anything except for one's "they like" and say things like " IF you need help, reach out to support". Yes I'm sure they asked a question unsure IF they needed the help or not, obviously they did or they wouldn't be asking and I'm sure they didn't ask to get some snarky reply from someone who is clearly so bored with their life they feel the need to be so nasty.

Also wait a second notice the moderator said "IF" Wait a second. Do the rules not apply to the moderator or something? I thought the rule was that no one is allowed to use caps... and the moderator themselves thinks they are exempted from said childish rule the same rules they must enforce? I don't think so. It's a two way street. Again seeing the problem here people? (And yes I do have proof of this as well) It states as the very bottom of the rule list a moderator has the final say if the rule is not listed, but oops this rule was listed and they failed.

Furthermore, I have seen the "site rules" change drastically over the years and the current "site rules" are a ridiculous laughing stock that make whoever is in charge of these rules sound like a very controlling, manipulative, mediocre, ogre to say the least. I can't say I've ever seen any place or site with those sort of rules and I use to mod myself. If you are so annoyed with people asking about if they can have a job there etc... then don't answer them, that simple. You seriously don't need to put it in the rules. Also... don't be annoying and complain? Was this stuff written by a five year old? I would sure hate to have this person as a parent. They seem like they can't handle anything in life.
If I was someone signing up for this website I'd take one look at these so called rules and leave because whoever wrote them is out of their mind even THINKING they could and would have people follow such rediculous things and have this "control complex" sorry we now live in a free world, time to get with the times. "Do not talk about your illness" oh Christ so your telling me that if someone's grandmother passed away last week and they talked with someone regularly enough on the chat that they decided to share it with another person, this is wrong? How cruel could you be? If someone was battling a terminal illness needing support from a friend in the chat?. This stuff is a complete joke and sickening. Revise that entire rule list and revamp the way everything is being "moderated" and the site itself, or I promise every single person on this site or prospective person will be gone sooner than you know, this site is losing favor big time.

The current moderator that is seriously the only moderator that seems to ever be there is a complete and utter snot box, chastises people who are genuinely needing help and asking for help and treats them like complete idiots and is an utter $#*! to them for no reason whatsoever other than they think their crap does not stink. News flash, it does. This staff member needs to go or all your survey takers will be going and if you don't care about your consumers then what is the point of you even operating? Fix your survey supplier issues, too often now you get through an entire survey only to be "disqualified" at the very end. Get rid of these survey suppliers because they are taking people's opinions and not paying out aka "getting opinions for free" I don't think so. If they are that faulty, do away with it.

Further more this new ridiculous BULLCRAP of clawing back people's rewards because "so and so" advertiser decided oh we shouldn't have paid out or "this was done crappy" is absurd. Also closing people's accounts randomly after freezing their points when some people had almost 60.00 dollars? It seems as if someone out there is profiting unfairly and taking from others one way or another. Shutting people's account's down at random unfairly, it seems there is some real shady business going on here. There was no such thing as support sucks so bad it takes them 4 weeks to fix anything, 3 years ago and long before that. Now there is? No one is going to want to stick around and take the survey's this way, I assure you.

No one is going to even want to try. If people are complaining a lot and about more than just survey's not crediting or working right aka molasses slow support staff which deliberately do not respond to tickets to "save money" aka ripping off users is how it looks, then something is wrong, terribly wrong. Might want to start listening to the people who are taking the surveys or there will be no more Instagc. Get rid of your mediocre rules, lazy acts like a spoiled brat teenager staff, get more staff because I tell you what ticket support staff used to be great and very responsive and very respectful, and now... I'm more than certain it is only one person doing that and this person tells people off tells them to be more "patient". As in I believe there is only one person solely running everything.

When these people have been more than patient and never said anything snippy, and they say gee it's been a while can I have my points released? Its the person not wanting to do their job to be honest is why this person is having to reach out. This said person wanting to say stuff like "oh check your ticket now" after snipping off to them, as if the person asking the question is an idiot and never checked it in the first place when they were literally too lazy to get to the ticket in the first place and try to make it look like it all magically appeared. Yeah people know what's happening, and it's not the people, its the suppliers, its the site and all of it's technical glitches, issues, and things not ever getting fixed, updated, and not resolving issues prompt with suppliers or getting new ones, and a particular power hungry individual. There was none of this "the suppliers need to check what surveys they have to claw back points from" and disabling someone from chat, the reward system, and everything else based on absolutely no reason (and yes absolutely no reason is the case most times) as it seems to happen to people out of the blue who have not ever been on the chat... or interacted with it or even cared to... is pretty much like frauding people.

At this rate this website is steadily losing its momentum and is become less and less worth people's while. It's not gaining any momentum, so if this company does not want to completely go out of business I seriously suggest considering a complete and entire revamp of not only your survey partners who never credit anything and when they do "points then get reversed" at random. The behavior of this website now is "anything and everything is seen as retaliatory behavior and we will treat you all like children and not give you a thing you worked hard for and make sure it's very difficult for everyone to get those "higher paying survey points" news flash... many people are not taking those higher paying surveys just for that reason. Bring Instagc back to what it used to be and get rid of all of this ridiculous garbage.

Furthermore this site has zero business asking for peoples id's or drivers license for any reason or under any circumstance. Unless you are a official government organization or office, such as dmv etc you have no right doing any of that and that's the truth, so stop expecting people to do that especially when this site seems to be soo poorly funded it can't keep up with anything or get more staff, and is loaded with glitches. Wouldn't trust doing it just for those few reasons alone, not to even go into the others. Complacency at its best. If people need to contact the attorney generals office to get money back as I've seen in these reviews, then yeah loaded with serious faults. Fishy...

P.S.
Someone there really hates people who cash out rewards in small increments as they cant then "claw back" anything from them or anything worth a substantial amount. That's what happens when there is unrealistic mediocre "rules" that get randomly implemented. Quit being dirty and greedy. In the past, people hardly had to use support and were not creating multiple tickets as support was actually doing their job, there was none of this nonsense. Support is for things technical in nature not really for " well you see we cannot confirm nor deny that the survey provider did x,y,z but I'm basically saying they did and hinting they did so uhh yeah your going to have to just wait for all of that." Umm no, there never was any of that garbage back then. If it takes that long then you know what? People are going to be leaving pure and simple because... that is fishy as all hell. It's like playing a game ok, your not going to wait 3 weeks to unlock another area, people will lose interest entirely and move on and say good riddance. Most business owners understand that, and will make sure their customers, and people using their products/services are never "unsatisfied" if the owner does not care, then there is severe issues and flaws with the service.

Come on people, let's do all these "big point surveys" then wait 3 weeks for the frozen points to be "released" by people I'm amazed can even wipe their own butt's let alone respond to a ticket and when they finally do they act so "taxed" PLEASE. This seems a lot like it is part of some scheme where they then wait and wait and then pick at random which user's they want to "attack" then say oh we're sorry we have to hold up your 50.00 dollar's now based on x,y,z after we just gave you so much trouble even getting them and releasing the point, we now have to magically reverse them all and blame it on "our suppliers" or find something to lie about and get rid of you so we can just reap all of this back, reaping back rewards from people doing absolutely nothing period 99.9% of the time.
I urge everyone reading this on this site right now, if this happens, to directly contact that supplier and confirm everything, every time, let's really get to the bottom of all of this. Do not let any of this bullcrap continue. At the end of the day, people put their time into these survey's and anytime spent doing a survey start to finish is points well deserved and is time taken out of a person's day to take the time to do said survey. Now being that a survey would automatically terminate 9 out of 10 times, if someone was speeding through the survey, for there to be a problem on a survey where someone took their time, if points are being "reversed" for that then there is some major bullcrap going on.

If that cannot be agreed on as a standard, it's all being done wrong and is not fair to anyone, and is called making a profit using people's opinions for free... Not happening and it will be found out if so. Also, DO NOT put up a "current money goal" while you are doing survey's on this site, I'm sure it can be seen and I'm sure they are keeping track ( if there is fishy stuff going on). It's not anyone's business don't give anyone a chance to make it their business either. Do not trust a thing. Make sure you say please and thank you as well... so you can get snipped at! Also if you ask a question, 99.9% of the time you don't actually get an answer, you get whatever answer they feel like giving you... one that doesn't actually address said thing asked, so you are treated like some peasant who must accept scraps.
Sorry, support is not "that busy" and if they are get more people to do the job that can actually do it right! Cost cutting, reap back money from customers and piss them off = Disaster. More respectable decent people, no ridiculous rules or treatment/ no reaping back hard earned points/ keeping trust in the people = Flourish. How many people have to speak out now, until something changes? And it is a well known fact this page is looked at as well, we're not idiots. The support staff are generally entirely separate from mod's, and there definitely should be a distinction between the two, it's obvious the mod running the chat is the same person taking care of tickets. I do not believe they have a clue as to what they are doing either. How do I know this? There used to be wonderful TECHNICAL support staff in the past that were very descriptive and answered your tickets in a very respectful, explanatory, nice way and manner and made sure you were attended to within 24 hours (Instagc remember? If not instant it's supposed to be very close maybe time to consider a change in name if not). Those people deserved a raise at how above and beyond they went at times too for the survey takers on there, they explained things in technical nature to make sure you fully knew what was going on that they didn't even have to but they did so in kindness to not leave anyone hanging. Where is the technical support staff now who actually knew about things of a technical nature, no one there knows anything. These guys use to actually know what was going on with everything, why things were crashing etc. and they actually resolved it too. You're lucky if you get a " Be patient and shut up" now, pretty sad support now has to be heckled to do something as again as I said, pretty sure it's just one person, boy was that a bad decision. Bring the support staff back who actually knew what they were doing and who explained things and GOT THINGS DONE!
By the way, as someone who knows a bit about things of technical nature... I once saw this said mod respond to someone's review with "Replying to the ticket or creating a new one more than x amount of times will make it take longer to get to your ticket/move it down in the line." This is complete and utter bullcrap and is a manipulative tactic they are using. In support, I mean real support not fake a hole support, when a ticket is responded to it is actually moved UP in the que not down, that is why this person is annoyed, because they don't want to have to actually deal with it, so they "punish" other's by making them wait even longer then, as if they are their children or something weird like that, I don't know they honestly just have issues and love exerting control over people, whatever makes them feel happy I guess. Basically, I'm telling you guys though that, this is not how technical support works at all in the real world, you are being told a blatant lie.

Also have fun with a few measly dollars, I'm not some idiot who's going to earn 60.00 just so i can be "locked" from the points I fairly earned. Back when, maybe I would, now? No way in hell. I encourage everyone to speak out on this unfair bullcrap and contact respective authorities if needed. Do not take or stand for this bullcrap. There are other places to do survey's without any of it, Instagc is the only place pulling this crap, besides... they wouldn't want to lose to their competitors... Show them what is being done wrong, don't just tell them. This place should not be one governed with control tactics and it never used to be. Pretty much, don't use chat whatsoever or they can and will find a way to use something against you. You must chat like a robot with no brain and no autonomy and only can talk about things the mod likes more or less. If you butt kiss, then maybe they like you, maybe you'll even get a cookie who knows. Even if you don't use chat, someone somewhere on that site will eventually do something to your points on that account or create some issue with your account, one way or another guaranteed. They also give zero respect to long time members. Zero. Hey if someone's been there a long time, there's a reason... every respect is deserved, we don't need anyone, telling us what's what, we already know, we've seen it all. We just don't like power hungry D***'s destroying what was once a good place.
I've also seen in the past looking at other review's that people posting review's suddenly wound up with no account... That is technically illegal and an invasion of privacy. People are allowed to speak. There also use to be a disclaimer in the ticketing system that if you didn't receive a response within 5 days to contact again, I can't say I've seen that option appear anywhere anymore, like it magically disappeared with every other good thing this site used to have. Show some respect then maybe it will be returned, otherwise don't expect a thing from anyone in return.
