Monag has the absolute worst inventory of any blank wholesale company. The owner does not care about customer concerns and most of the time orders are sent incorrectly, dirty, torn, or incomplete. From what I've heard, they overwork their employees and treat them poorly as well. Back orders are not monitored and popular items (such as short sleeve onsies) have been out of stock for OVER A YEAR. Instead of removing the item from the website, they lie and tell customers that it will be " a few weeks". The quality is good though, when they're good they're great, it's just clear that they don't have their s**t together over there. Perhaps the owners should consider liquidating the company or selling it to someone who actually cares about their business!
