I contacted Nutreance for a refund well within their refund policy as the product was ineffective for me. The product was shipped on Sep 25th/23 and received Oct 3 as I am located in Canada.
I emailed several times but had no response. Emails sent Oct 17 & 18. I called customer service Oct 20 and was advised that I must wait for a response to my email and had no reason to worry as I am well within their 30 day refund policy.
I emailed again Oct 23 to follow up and was told my request is denied because I am outside of their policy requirements.
I had to contact my creditor to dispute the transaction and am awaiting a response. I give 0 stars for product & negative 5 stars if I could for customer service.
It's now Nov 21 and have still not had any response from Nutreance in regards to a refund. Please do not buy this product.
