I don't know if all the connections is with one companies. But, anyway this particular one associates with the name Joseph is suspicious. Something isn't right with this Company's they give you a hard time with a refund and they don't want to give you most of your money back. I'm fighting right now trying to get my money back. Please go elsewhere. If you're mailing back the merchandise you paying an arm and a leg to send it back. It's not worth. And by the way that guy is obnoxious and it seems like he harassing you on the phone.
Tip for consumers:
When returning a product they take to long to contact you . And their response will be you send in the wrong tracking number. But you’re sending what’s on the mail. I deputed with my bank, but they seem to get upset with you, when you do that.
