Amidst Covid-19, I was feeling very down and wanted to try for Online therapy and counselling.
I searched on Google and got the Manastha website. I searched other sites as well but this is one I got stuck into. I personally liked the feel of the website.

I optd for special Covid-19 package on the website and it was given on the discounted price. I was connected to a very nice therapist.

She was very calming and made me comfortable in the first 5 mins only. I was hesitant in opening up as I have done this before.

This was my first time and it really took lot of efforts for me to take for this therapy.
I was happy after my one session and I wanted to continue more with the same therapist. I opted for more sessions and automatically same therapist was assigned to me. She has been really helpful and I am writing this feedback to give my gratitude to my therapist and the platform.

I have been guiding and my friends too to opt for therapy in the tough times and it is truly the time to break the stigma regarding the mental health.
I have been getting the help and it is truly needed for me. I would have gone mad with my thoughts and overthinking if I hadn't joined the therapy sessions.

Now with the tools given by my therapist, I am doing really great.
Being a therapist is really tough and they are doing their best in the tough times. She said that she is working more than 12 hours per day to help the people in tough times. My deepest gratitude to her to serve and help the people.

I would recommend Manastha for the online therapy and counselling. You would not be disappointed by the same.
