One of our worst international trip we have ever had. Invested huge money for Hongkong and promised attractions were not shown.
In the end we ourselves, had to spend money for sightseeing.
Not recommended for visiting Costly countries.
We do accept and apologize that we were not able to inform you in time that the Madame Tussauds is no longer covered as part of the Hong Kong night tour. Instead of Madame Tussauds, we provide Sky 100 as part of the tour. Since you purchased the tickets of Madame Tussauds directly and shared us the cost, we had processed the refund for the same inspite that you also utilized the tickets for Sky 100 which was not part of the package.
Secondly, there was a human error, though quite unfortunate in updating PAR for the second passenger due to which you have lost your valuable time which we definitely cannot return and we are apologetic about this. As a compensation for the time lost, we are ready to offer you a voucher for a fixed amount that you can redeem for your next holiday.
Third, you claim that you were not taken to symphony of lights as part of night tour, but as discussed over conference call with the tour operator in Hong Kong, you were not able to join the shared tour to continue towards symphony of lights as you had exceeded your timings on Victoria peak and thus missed the lights show. As it was a shared tour with all other guests reporting on time, the tour and other guests cannot be kept waiting and thus have to move on. We are sorry to say that we cannot give any compensation for this.
We have given you all the possible support and assistance we could do and refunded the extra service used by you on a special case. You can reach back to us to get the voucher that you can utilize in your next holiday. We would love to serve you again and make sure that you have good time.
