Get royaly mucked by Rogue royalty and customer service 'specialist' (not). Confirmed my order and took my money. 5 days later nothing. I emailed them "wuddup"? Oh! We don't have it, you can exchange or backorder. Doh! When were you gonna tell me and are they really my only options. Oh! We were gonna let you know today honest, and whatever makes you happy?. Then I was completely ignored for 2 days and all my following questions ignored. What followed was an extensive 50+ email fight to get my money and shipping back, facing ignorance, arrogance and nasty. Maybe try and confirm they have your item first or take a gamble dealing with these not royal Rogues who treated me like some 'peasant'.
