Naturalizer Canada sneakily labels all their shoes as either artificial or leather. The fact is most of their shoes that look like leather are NOT! These are made of PU. E.g. Their flat shoes (SOUL KENTLEY LOAFER), then they charge C$8 for shipping and for returns ANOTHER C$8 is removed from your purchase price before refunds are credited to your account!
