I sent the measurements of four windows. I've done this before, and am aware of how to measure specifically. The four blinds that I received are all too narrow. Light comes in from both sides of the blinds. It's very disappointing that the blinds have not already been replaced as per your own customer goals. The phone system is awful. I've waited as long as 15 minutes, only to get what sounds like a robot underwater.

The phone system is awful. In 2023, this shouldn't be an issue. I've called several times. Once I finally get a human, the person sounds like a robot under water. Every. Single. Time.
