Ordered two batteries for Traveler DC 8300 camera despite the negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how good the company dealt with my order.
The final order form disappeared from my screen but a quick email was answered promptly by Alan which assured me the order had been despatched. The batteries have arrived and are very good. Would buy from them again
