In the end. It all came out OK, a kitchen drain issue that was fixed promptly. I was a bit concerned in the process, however. I requested an emergency repair, but was given a list of appointment dates on the Homeadvisor website beginning four days hence. That wouldn't do, so I went to a Homeadvisor competitor. Fortunately, I was contacted in 15 minutes by a HA associate (plumber) and the rest is history.
