I had to re-schedule a flight in May due to Covid-19. It was hell, even ended up going to the BBB. Finally got to re-book in August, I was charged a cancellation fee. Received an email yesterday to see if I want to cancel the August trip so I applied only to find out they charged my credit card $70. Call customer service, I use the term loosely, because I received an email saying my credit was for $212.50 for a $639.86 flight for two. She said the credit should say $473.66... but it doesn't. She also said I was issued a credit on my credit card back in May, nope I checked... not even sure what that would have been for. Phone people struggle with the language and you just hang up wanting to stick a fork in your eye.
