My experience with Manastha has been really great.
I was assigned Ms. Jyotika for my therapy sessions. She is such a sweet and humble therapist. I am really grateful for all the help which I got from Jyotika mam.
She has taught me many mental health coping mechanisms to take care of my anxiety and panic attacks.
I am doing quite better now and have been coping up nicely to my anxiety.
I started with 4 Prime video sessions and then re-opted after taking therapy.
I am doing much better after 12 sessions and I would recommend Manastha to everyone.
It is better to opt for the prime sessions and be patient with your therapy.
