Still email the company since march regarding, the return of my dress and a full refund. I have been informed that I would only receive half of my money because the need to pay for the materials, staff and tax cost. They also informed me that I would also need to pay for the dress to be return? So over all I have a dress that I will never be able to wear and if I want a refund I will only receive half and I have to pay for the dress to be returned. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my full refund back?
