Still email the company since march regarding, the return of my dress and a full refund. I have been informed that I would only receive half of my money because the need to pay for the materials, staff and tax cost. They also informed me that I would also need to pay for the dress to be return? So over all I have a dress that I will never be able to wear and if I want a refund I will only receive half and I have to pay for the dress to be returned. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my full refund back?

I purchased a dress from this website and I wished I did not bother. The measurements were wrong, the dress was damaged and the design was incorrect from the picture, this dress costed me £92.23. I also purchased 3 other items which I cancelled but they have not refunded the money (£363.89). So in total they have taken £456.12 from me! I tried to return the dress but I going round in circles with their customer service. They are not even following their own terms and conditions.
Does anyone know how I can get my money back and if they know any companies that are willing to help me with this situation.

Comparison option would be nice. If it is available I did not see it
