Do not be fooled by the Website, they have a great design and webpage but they are an international SCAM. Because they are located overseas they require Wire in Advance. Everything looks fine but they send you wire information and the company name is not the same as infinity electronic but you just assume hey its just a parent company or something but that is where you are DUPED. It looks like every month they make a new account to receive wires then close it out and move on to the next company name. If you are caught in between purchases they say the bank has issues and say they would like to send PI from sister company in which they just change the wire information to the latest company and BYE BYE MONEY! You will not receive your products so DO NOT BUY! I bet hundreds of people have already been DUPED BY this company and I still dont understand how they can leave their website up. Someone really needs to shut this site and company down.

Pottery Barn Teen experience was bad. Basically visited the store in costa mesa, they basically placed the order online for us while in the store they separated the order when we specifically said to ship as one. We found out color and look wasn't going to work, tried to correct it by changing this out overall nothing worked out so returned most of it before anything was shipped. Anyways the returning agent assured me that all would be refunded and turns out I was shorted $200 due to internal shipping between hubs. Not a big deal if they had let me know previously but anyways. Products at pottery barn are way over priced their customer service is bad and the attitude on these agents... anyways never gonna purchase from Potterybarn and the likes. Got a better product from Crate and Barrel for like a 1/4 of the price so definitely disappointed with this whole experience with PB.
