I ordered a book that was shipped via DHL from Abu Dhabi. I paid 4x the cost of the book in shipping. The recipient never received it. I contact DHL who told me to contact Yoycart and file a lost claim. I explained the situation to Yoycart but they kept telling me to contact DHL. It was like they weren't reading or understanding my emails at all. Also the tone of the emails is robotic and badthey never apologized for any inconvenience, sometimes even sending an email with a screenshot and no message. After several emails they said they would contact DHL. A month has passed and I've given up. I'm never ordering from them again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
