I'm wondering because I have called the customer service number a few times and had the same experience with different reps. They pick up the phone, but don't say anything. You start saying hello, hello then they respond. The first time we got cut off after we started talking, the second time they picked up the phone and hung up. The next time we got cut off again before they could help resolve my login issue. This has been going on for a week. They do not return messages I've left. I'm thinking of asking our employer to find a different place to invest our retirement program. My gut tells me there is something fishy going on with My Ubiquity.
