Worst experience ever I ordered a book for my daughter. The textbook changed so I proceeded to contact them and because it was over the 21 day return policy I couldn't return it which is fine but they told me I had to try to sell it on my own and couldn't even give me a credit so I can purchase something down the road and I would return this so this way I don't lose and they wouldn't lose. Customer service
Knew nothing the worst experience ever. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again.
