This company is AMAZING! Anyone who has bought merchandise from content creators know how painful it can be when dealing with the companies that manufacture the creator's merch. When I found out the Hermitcraft was going to make some of it's first wide-spread merchandise I couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy, though I was a bit nervous as it was a presale and I have never heard of CREO (or playing card companies in general).

Let me just say this company put those worries to rest. First of all, they always answered back emails in such a kind a friendly manner. I lost confirmation of one of my orders (apparently I accidentally created a second customer profile, whoops) and in three days they not only found my order but merged it back with my original profile, even going as far as to get me my tacking number just for peace of mind (Shoutout to Eric!)

Not only that, Luke (the founder) was so sweet in his emails, especially when sending out updates about where the company was at with the orders and their manufacturing process. Personally, I love when companies are transparent and it was interesting to see how the merchandise I was looking forward to was being made. Plus, Luke has an undeniable passion for what he creates. I always trust someone who loves what they're doing and Luke displayed that time and time again. He set such a great vibe around every step of the process I couldn't help but get excited for my package to arrive!

And the quality was top notch. The way they put effort just in the box the card come in is amazing! (Love me a good box design that's even fun to open!) The way they worked with creators in the fan space to ensure this project was successful brought such a wonderful feeling of community. The cards themselves we're incredibly well protected, pretty, and functional. I absolutely love every aspect of them. Even the cases they come in (in the original presale we all received slabbed cards) were great quality and I really appreciated the effort that went into ensuring everything looked good and arrived safely, especially as many people would over look a fandom space like this if they were unfamiliar with it.

If any future content creators are thinking of making some unique merchandise, at least from a fan perspective, CREO is the way to go! Absolutely loved them and everything they've done for the Hermitcraft community!
