DON'T LIKE SOMETHING AND WANT A REFUND? WELL, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 50 DAYS NOW AND I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A DIME BEING RETURNED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD!
THE MONEY "REFUNDED" BACK TO "MY WALLET" HAS DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR! I FOLLOWED ALL THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND REDEEMED THE CREDIT IN MY WALLET, BUT AFTER THAT IS ALL A MYSTERY! I'VE SUBMITTED ABOUT 10+ "TICKETS" TO FIND OUT WHERE MY CREDIT/REFUND WENT, BUT I'M STILL WAITING TO SEE WHY IT HAS NOT YET GONE BACK TO MY VISA!?
THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST, MOST CONFUSING PROCESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I WILL NOW BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AS WELL AS A FEW OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT DEAL WITH THIS. I BELIEVE IT'S A SCAM TO HOLD ONTO PEOPLE'S MONEY FOR SO LONG AFTER THEY'VE ALREADY RETURNED ALL THE ITEMS FOR OVER 50 DAYS!? THAT'S LIKE "DOUBLE-DIPPING" FOR YOUR OWN PROFIT! THEY'VE PROBABLY SOLD MY RETURNED ITEMS ALREADY AND YET, I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

Your problem was a little bit complicated, so i checked with our Customer Service Team carefully and finally sorted everything out.
About the order #RWAPH28225, we have processed 2 refunds of $48.34 and $21.61 to your Wallet, which later was withdrawn to your card.
The order #RWHKL28266 was canceled.
About the order #RWCPH28272, a refund of $25.94 was issued to your Wallet, which was later withdrawn to your card.
The first withdrawal from your Wallet was issued on Feb 26th, it should be completed soon, we would also contact our credit card company to see if they could speed up the process and if anything went wrong. Please be assured that the funds will be returned to your card, there’s no doubt about that.
If the order was paid with Paypal, then it would only take 3-5 business days for the whole process to be done. But if the order was paid with credit card, then it would need reviews and approval at many levels for the funds to finally appear in your account, thus it would normally take 15-20 business days, sometimes longer. We would certainly love to speed it up for you, but unfortunately there’s not much we could do to help, and we appreciate your understanding.
