I have been trying for over a month to schedule an exam. I have emailed, faxed, and called on numerous occasions and I am getting no where. I just keep getting told that they have "contacted the application processor for an update." I really don't understand why this is taking so long, and why no one can give me an update on my application. Its very frustrating that this is the only company that provides this service. Wish the state would use different company.
