Just had my worst online shopping experience with Men's USA. A week ago ordered denim blazer in two sizes and paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping. After a week, no blazers and no info re shipment. No response to email, and 800 customer service number just put me into a continuous loop with no one to speak to. Sent email to cancel order.
Checked credit card activity today and found they charged for both blazers last week. Credit card company refunded money when told them story - thank you Amex!
Got email response to my cancellation saying they were out of stock on one size, and did I want them to send the other one? This a week after I placed order with expedited shipping paid for, and had not communications from them!
Stay away!
