There was an initial problem on my part where I messed up the address (as I just moved), but the problem was fixed very quickly for me!
After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find half of what I bought missing. This problem too, was solved quickly and professionally. I expected a much more difficult and frustrating experience, but the support staff did an amazing job. I will be buying from here again!
Fantastic, the staff was considerate and quickly solved every issue I had. The problems I made for myself (like putting the wrong address, oof), and the ones that were out of my control.
Because the BodyCandy store has metal I am not allergic to, which I needed for my new piercings that got infected. I thought the studs I got from my piercer would be fine, but I was wrong. My problems being fixed quickly helped so much and my piercings are doing great now!
