IFB is the synonym of cheating on customers. Since last 3 months my Microwave has been in a dead position. No one from IFB bothered to give me my AMC money back, as I have been cheated in the name of AMC. Instead you are pressuring me to revoke negative reviews. I will not let you people take my hard earned money just like that.

Since last two months on a different interval my microwave oven is not been fixed by so called technicians from the Service center of Ifb. Please never ever have any IFB products even they offers for free, because peace of mind is more important than wasting of money on IFB products.

“POOR PRODUCT, POOR SERVICE, POOR RESPONSE”

SINCE LAST 2 AND HALF MONTH, MY IFB MICROWAVE OVEN 25DGBC2 KEPT DEAD BY IFB SERVICE PEOPLE BY GIVING THIS AND THAT REASONS AND CHANGING A NEW PART EVERY TIME. FIRST, THEY ASKED TO TAKE AMC AND THEN NO RESOLUTION, SO ULTIMATELY, THEY ARE CHARGING PRODUCT CHARGES AS WELL AMC CHARGES WITH DOUBLE LOSS TO IT'S CUSTOMER, NOW NEITHER THEY ARE REPARING NOR THEY ARE GIVING ME MY AMC MONEY BACK

NEVER EVER BUY IFB MICOROWAVE OVEN AS IT'S WASTE OF MONEY, AND IT'S LIKE TO NOT TO HAVE IFB MICROWAVE AT YOUR HOME BUT IT'S MORE LIKE BRINGING HEADECH AT HOME BY SPENDING YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. THEY ARE NOT HAVING PROPER SERVICE RESPONSE, EVEN THEY ARE CANCELLING SERVICE TICKET RAISED BY ME WITHIN A DAY OR TWO BY THEIR OWN
