I've placed 2 successful orders with them in the past 6 months. On Tuesday I placed another order and it went from on hold to closed. I spoke with multiple reps including a manager named Suki trying to find out why my order was canceled and all they "said" they knew was that my order exceeded their risk assessments. It was between the bank and the system and there was nothing they could do to override it. I even asked the manager over the phone who called me privately after waiting for hours for supervisors to reach out to me who never did, if I make a new account and placed an order would that work? She said mostly likely it will be canceled for the same reason. I tried any way to see, since they told me it's the system like it's a computer that's messed up. While I was in chat with a rep trying to see what was wrong, the same thing happened. Today, I found out these people are the BIGGEST LIARS. I had a family member make an account and place an order and it didn't cancel within the first few hours like my orders did. It was on hold overnight and closed this morning. That tells me it's these people behind it all along. I still don't know why they canceled my orders and I only kept trying because of their prices and because I thought it was just a system error. I'm hurt and offended by the situation especially considering that they were lying to me the whole entire time but when I look at some other reviews it was probably for the best.
