I've purchased from BodyCandy many times and love their products and selections. I've had a couple of pieces break or the color faded but overall the quality is very good. I wish there was clear and easy to find information on how to choose hoop sizes and more photos of the different pieces on models faces with the sizing indicated so a visual image of how the piece will look on one's face is possible. Maybe even one of those interactive "upload your photo" and place the different pieces on the face.

I placed two seperate orders in May and have yet to receive either of them. I have contacted the seller repeatedly. At first, I received one email back advising me that they are a new company and that they will ship ASAP. Since then, I have written to them numerous times directly from my email account and through their customer service link on the website and nothing has been answered. I want my shirts. I am so disappointed because I'm a huge Doctor Who fan and they have a great selection. If only I could get my shirts!

UPDATE: 10/12/15 - I contacted the BBB a few weeks ago and they tried reaching this company. However, their correspondence came back as undeliverable at the two addresses they had for them. If you want to throw your money away and have nothing to show for it, buy from this company. I am sorry there are businesses in the world like this giving geeks a bad name. Rating: F-
