I graduating this year, and because of COVID-19 my class had to make due with a virtual graduation. We were told we could get a refund on the cap and gowns because of that reason, I was one of those students who wanted a refund. I already knew it was going to be a long process but this is ridiculous. They told us we would get our money mid-June, we are in July already! I email the jostens rep who worked with my school but still no response. What's worse is that my entire class still has not received our diplomas! If possible don't work with them they have terrible costumer service.
