I bought a dress from the website. When it arrived it had several unfinished seems which had not been noted before the purchase. I decided to return the dress and it's a huge hassle to return
Customer service responds very slowly. I would not recommend shopping with them. Go to a consignment store instead.

After looking into your specific situation, it seems like there might have been a slight delay in our response time. I see that you requested a return Sunday morning on the 24th and we replied with instructions the next morning (the 25th). I also see that we missed 1 question from you on the 26th and responded within 24-hours instead of the same day. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I am pleased to see that you received your prepaid return shipping label within 48 hours of your return request!

Regarding the media requirements for returns, I wanted to shed some light on why we have those in place. We've had some instances in the past where brides or newlyweds/sellers have encountered difficulties and unpleasant surprises after receiving gowns. We want to avoid any potential issues and ensure that all parties involved are protected. Sometimes, what may seem like a hair or fiber on the dress could actually be a stain or a tear. By requesting clarification and thorough media, we can ensure that any possible damage is properly addressed and that you won't be held liable for something that isn't there.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the quality of the Etsy sample gown purchased from the seller. While her listing did mention some construction aspects that might need attention (along with pictures), we fully understand that seeing the gown in person can give a different perspective.
