Stupid big company Envato simply block account after I enter my card details. The reason they only gave me is because I violated the clause 44 or what bla bla bla, WITHOUT A SOLID PROOF OF VIOLATION.
Is this how a big company should treat their own customer? I'm a fking customer service agent as well, and this is not how I should be treated as a customer. It's too unfair and unreasonable.
Yes I have 2 accounts for Envato, one is work email and personal email. But why should they block my account when I never make purchase before and right after I want to buy a product and key in my card details, they block me out. The $#*! is this? I contacted their facebook page as well and the social media support also wouldn't try to help me out a single bit and told me to contact via email instead when their customer support contacted me via email didnt even solve issue properly and reasonably. How the fk I'm going to get my issue solved? Omg big company like this doesn't worth to have customer at all if this is how they solve issues for their customer.
