I usually have no problems with the jewelry I purchase through BodyCandy, but this time the item ordered was not the size it should have been, and the email I sent was not referred to the department that could help me, nor was any information on how to reach the right department given to me in the response from the sales department.
I received an email back that referred me to another department but no way to reach that department. I have never been able to resolve the issue that the jewelry was too large to be a 20 gauge.
