I bought a couple products from Sephora and tried to order them from their website. The website changed my address at checkout i immediately noticed and contacted customer support by email but they are completely useless and don't answer. I then called and was told there is nothing they could do so I should contact the delivery company to change the address but the delivery company said they only do that for businesses. Then I contacted them again and no reply, no product and no refund! I have reported them to PayPal and the FCC and I'm looking into who else I can report them to. It's rhe same Leah online shopping experience I've ever had and going forward I'll pay the extra money to order no needle serum from a company that actually cares about their customers.
