I ordered a bikini off them for their warehouse sale they heavily advertised, ordered 10 minutes into the sale and expected my products to arrive, obviously. There is no communication in this business or proper warehouse technology as they oversold to myself and many others and they cancelled my order, only offering 20% off for my next purchase. Why would I want to purchase from these guys again if I can't be sure I will get the product? To top it all off, they were snappy and petty in response to my comment on their social media explaining to someone else that my order was cancelled. Not impressed.
