So, when you are looking to buy Flynax - they would sign you a sweet song about fast support, powerful functionality, community support, etc, but once you pay - the fairytale is gone.
1. Posting your questions to community forum is useless. You may be lucky to get a reply from other community member in 1 of 10 cases max. Flynax staff wouldn't even bother writing a formal reply.
2. Posting CS tickets is useless. Your inquiries, even urgent, shall remain unanswered for days and then you get a ridiculous reply like "You did not understand how CMS works" without any further explanation. Oh, by the way, that is what you get from PAID support. Yes, you should pay, not to get any support.
3. Plenty of bugs, weird logic in adjusting your project and so forth.
I only gave two stars instead of one, because this COULD be a great product, it does have potential, but the customer service and management teams must be replaced with people who care.
