I ordered a 6 month decaf coffee subscription for my mother in law for Christmas. It never arrived and never arrived! No phone call nor email alerting me that was the case. I only found out because my mother in law gave me the heads up in early Feb. The customer service person I spoke with could have care less! I would never order from them ever again. No acknowledgement nor apology. I was thoroughly unimpressed.

Hi Anna, We're sorry to see your review. The address you gave us for these packages was invalid. As we discussed with you by phone, you left no contact information on your account for yourself. The only information you left to us was the phone number and email address of your gift recipient, and we emailed and called multiple times with no response. We were concerned for your orders because we knew it was a gift based on the gift message you left, so rather than allowing all of the orders to be returned by USPS, we suspended the shipments until we heard from you. Unfortunately without your contact information, there just wasn't more we could do. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.
