The application of withdrawal was refused by the reason of wrong information. I was asked to pay 20% margin and then to raise my credit score. After all said and done, the request was still turned down the next day so they said the funds should be remitted automatically at the end of 15 workdays but it never did. It was at this point I realized I had been cheated. I made series of complaints to the authorities but it was my report to fintrack.org that enforced the completion of the withdrawal process on my account.
