We are very sorry to see that you rated our website low and had a negative experience using our services.
We would like to explain our position in this situation. Initially, you placed an order with a deadline of 14 days. We immediately appointed a writer to work on your order. After that you informed us that your deadline was actually 2 days not 14.
According to your request, we sent you a payment link to pay for the deadline cut from 14 to 2 days as the expert assigned to the order would need to work under tighter deadline. After receiving an extra payment link, you requested to cancel your order and asked for a refund.
According to our terms and conditions which you agreed to when placing the order, 5.4. “[i]f an order has been paid for and a freelance writer has been allocated to a project, whereas a Customer informed that they wish to cancel an order a refund of 40% from the total amount paid by a Customer will be provided.”
Thus we refunded 40% of the order total back to you. Hope we’ve explained the situation and resolved the case.
