I have ordered a coat over three weeks ago. Since the credit card payment didn't go through the first time (as one of the customers has already pointed out in this forum) I tried again and consequently was charged twice. Although the modanisa customer service replied quickly to my request for a refund I still haven't received my money back yet (order *******). And what's worse, I still haven't received my coat (order *******). I have paid twice for a coat that never got here; I feel scammed and am ready to publish what happened in any consumer forum I could possibly come across!
