I ordered a case of yarn then before it was shipped asked if I could exchange it, take it back to the local store or return for return the answer is no no no! The fact you can't return it is not clearly stated!

Since there was no refund, exchange or credit, I have a case of yarn I don't know what to do with. I'm not going to use it due to the flaws in the colors , (same dye lot) and the twist ( results in what looks like a stain).
