I made a big mistake and ordered their herbal patches. Used for 4 days and had the worst rash/itch in my life. Asked for a refund of remaining product. For 2 months I have been sending requested information over and over with their customer non-support requesting it again with each email. This company is so crooked and carries some of the most useless and dangerous products. My bad for not doing do diligence before buying. Thought I was safe because I use a lot of Chinese herbs without problem. Stir clear

I ordered the wrong part by slip of the finger and called 10 minutes later on a sunday. The cs person said she couldn't cancel the order and sent an email to the warehouse and asked them to cancel the order. They did not cancel and sent me the part. I asked for an rma to send it back and learned that I would have to pay shipping on the return and wouldn't get back any of the expedited shipping that I had paid already. This company is not professional at all. Any company that I have ever dealt with has been happy to cancel an order quickly and with no attitude. I will not buy from them ever and suggest that you think about not purchasing from them because of their very bad attitude.
