In the shop, Jonathan was knowledgeable, helpful and patient and showed me the range of camera backpacks they had instock within $199price range. They allowed me to do a trial pack of all my gear to confirm it would fit. Subsequently, I called and asked them to save a backpack for me while I travelled to the shop to buy it and it all went smoothly.
