I place my order in the middle of covid. They claim covid is the reason they can not fulfill my order. They should not have accepted my order if they could not fill it. Now two months later I have no product and they are ignoring my requests to refund my money. This was a birthday present that is long past due. They even send a tracking number to make you think it's on it's way. And when you look it up. It just says waiting on product. If I dont get my money soon I will be looking to see how I can report them for fraud. It's simple - give me my money. You did not provide the service and the money does not belong to you.
