The first time I ordered, the agent asked me to pay into his account. He claimed the Jumia account was not working. I refused. Instead I looked for an account number to pay to but could not find one. I tried calling the different numbers on the website, both do not exist. Agent left with my product and I was told via the online chat that my order would be resent. An hour later I got a notification that my order was cancelled. No explaination. Again I used the chat and was told to place a new order. I did this and paid immediately via transfer. My order was confirmed. Then the next day my order was cancelled again. When I asked the agent on the chat why they said 'logistical issues'. I suspect the agent responsible for deliveries in my area is refusing to deliver because I would not pay into his account. I now know why everyone always says Jumia is a scam
