Their website states all items are shipped from China, our item was shipped from the US with no prior indication.
Given we were led to believe it was being shipped from China, we paid USD$12.99 for express shipping stating it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Within 7 days it hadnt even left the US.
Current shipping update states it is being inspected by US customs. Never before have I heard of an items being inspected by the deporting customs body.
Contacting this organisation is painful at best, it is powered by chatbots, we requested a refund of the "express" shipping given it hadnt even left the US within 7 days, the continuous answer repeatedly skirting around answering the refund question, stating for us to be patient as the item was on its way.
Requesting instructions how to cancel the whole order, they state they cannot cancel and refund as it has already been shipped.
No direct email address, no phone number, just this web based "customer service" platform.
Joke is not even a term for me to use - next step is to call the bank and see if we cant get the transaction reversed as part of a scam. NEVER USE THEM
