1st class service, Manager (Farouk) exceptional at customer Service

Understood that I was a knowledgeable customer
First time customer looking for a specific item.
Greeting at the door was excellent.
From there a very poor rating on customer service.
Showed a young gentleman what I was looking for, never greeted me or asked if I wanted help
I asked him where a googled item was and his response it is over there
So I look for 10 minutes and can't find it
Asked a second rep where I can get the item and same response it's over there
I said that won't do and he finally showed me
As a customer first time purchase
